NikeSync
A training programme that lets people with periods harness the power of their menstrual cycle. The project was designed to help women to stop using the sports science of the male physiology and start addressing the impact the menstrual cycle can have on their performance. We worked closely with Stacy Sims (global expert on female physiology) to outline the training and nutrition women need during each phase. NikeSync launched on the Nike App. This work won the ‘Entertainment for Sport’ Grand Prix at the 2022 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity
NAQs (Never Asked Questions)
A content series designed to educate young girls and women on the realities of their bodies, and emphasise the importance of sports bras and staying active. The series was launched across the Nike ecosystem; starting on the Nike apps and then across social channels. Every season we worked with a female illustrator and experts in their field to educate people using the right science and resources.
Nike’s Bra By
A digital zine, guest edited by a different Nike Athlete each season, with content focused around their attitude to sports bras. I worked on three issues; Bra By Dina: The Shame-Free Issue (edited by Dina Asher-Smith), Bra By Adwoa: Sports Bra Style (edited by Adwoa Aboah), and Bra By Michaela: The Free To Change Issue (edited by Michaela de-Prince).
Gurls Talk
The Gurls Talk podcast is an ongoing collaboration between model Adwoa Aboah and Nike. Each episode features an inspiring guest, who shares how they navigate the complexities of modern life. Our team scripts, edits and creates show notes and social assets for the podcast, working with guests including Bernadine Evaristo, Alessia Cara, Emily Ratajkowski and Ada Hegerberg.
